ACCESSORIES for measurements at the mains supply source
Measurements on the input side of an electrical installation require an extremely high standard of safety since they involve voltages
with a high level of energy. The employed test instruments and the accessories should therefore incorporate effective measures
against high shortcircuit currents (which can amount to many thousands (!) of amperes), and must at the same time be designed
for high transient voltages.
The insulation of our CAT IV products is designed to permit safe use up to 1000 V, CAT IV in accordance with IEC / EN 61010-031.
